I think someone else has accessed my account

If you're worried that someone may have gained access to your LuckyOne account, act quickly to secure it:

  1. Change your password right away. Use "Forgot your password?" on the login page if you can't get in, and pick a strong, unique password you don't use anywhere else.

  2. Secure the email linked to your account. Your email is the key to your LuckyOne account — if someone might have access to it, change that password too and turn on two-factor authentication where available.

  3. Review your recent activity. Check your Transaction History and recent redemptions for anything you don't recognize.

Let us know what you've noticed and we'll help you secure the account, review recent activity, and take any further steps needed.

If you spot a charge you don't recognize, have the transaction date, the amount, and the first six and last four digits of the card ready so it can be investigated.

How we protect you: your data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, automated fraud monitoring runs around the clock, and your full card details are held by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, not on LuckyOne's own servers.

Your part: use a strong, unique password, never share your login or payment details with anyone, and let us know straight away if anything looks off.
