How do I take a break from LuckyOne?

If you'd like to step away for a while — or stop for good — you can take a break from LuckyOne for a period you choose.

Available options:

• A temporary break of 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days, or a time frame of your choosing

• A permanent break, if you'd like to stop playing for good

During any break you won't be able to log in, play, or make purchases, and you'll be unsubscribed from marketing communications.

For a temporary break: your coin balances are preserved and waiting for you, and the break lifts automatically once the period ends.

For a permanent break: this is irreversible. Redeem any eligible Sweep Coins before it starts — pending redemptions you've already submitted will be honored, but any unredeemed Sweep Coins are forfeited once the break begins.

To set one up: let us know the length you'd like, and we'll confirm your identity and put it in place.
