Are there limits on redemptions?

A few, set out in the Official Sweepstakes Rules:

One redemption request per account per 24-hour period.

Daily redemption cap: redemptions may be limited to $10,000 per day.

Florida players: the daily redemption cap is $5,000, not $10,000.

If your redeemable balance is above the cap that applies to you, you can redeem up to the cap now and request the remainder in a later redemption. Sweep Coins that have already met the play-through requirement stay eligible to redeem whenever you request them - they do not need to meet play-through again.

Larger redemptions (over $10,000) can take longer to process due to bank clearance and security checks, and may be paid in more than one instalment.
