Yes - you can cancel a redemption yourself as long as the red X is still showing next to it.
To cancel a redemption:
1. Go to your account and open Transaction History.
2. Find the redemption you want to cancel.
3. If there is a red X next to the amount, click it.
4. Confirm when prompted.
Once cancelled, the Sweep Coins are returned to your redeemable balance, ready to redeem again whenever you like.
You can only cancel a redemption while the red X is still showing next to it. If the red X is no longer there, the redemption can no longer be cancelled. If you have any trouble cancelling, just ask and we'll help.
