Most redemptions are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, Prizeout (gift cards) arrive instantly and cash redemptions (Debit Card or ACH) reach your bank account within 1–3 banking days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Worked example: request a cash redemption (Debit Card or ACH) on Monday → reviewed within about 24 hours → once approved, funds arrive within 1–3 banking days. Prizeout (gift cards) arrive instantly on approval. "Reviewed within 24 hours" is the checks step, not the time to money-in-hand. If it's been longer than that, ask to speak to a human.
